Our front desk is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and our gentle receptionists always ready to assist you with tourist infos as to how to commute in and around Paris if taking the public transport and help our guests book tickets for museum, theme park visits in addition to booking lunch and dinner at popular restaurants. Guests can also visit the Paris’ official tourism web page to be updated with the latest events , even book tickets online at https://en.parisinfo.com/ for excursions , museums etc.

We do not organize airport transfers but will be much pleased in booking taxis for our valued guests. Furthermore, in case of an arrival before the stipulated check-in time and after departure if required, our valued guests can well store their luggage with us.
